Monroe's Landing County Park

Monroe’s Landing county park is located in Penn Cove off Penn Cove and Scenic Heights Road overlooking Saratoga Passage and historic Coupeville. The site has a sand and gravel beach that provides access to sand and gravel tidelands that extend north towards Oak Harbor and west into Penn Cove. The site provides a boat launch and parking spaces.
