Moran’s Beach county park site is located at the end of Powell Road adjacent to the north boundary of NAS Whidbey overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The site provides spectacular views of the water and shoreline, as well as take offs and landings of naval aircraft at the air station.
The road end park provides access to a publicly owned beach that is surrounded on both sides by extensive privately owned tidelands and sand dunes.
